We purchased a house from out of state and Justin had been very helpful through the whole process. He went the extra mile and has been trustworthy, communicates well and timely, and is a pleasure to work with. He gave us straight answers (the good/bad/ugly) about the house and the neighborhood to help us make our decision. Since we weren't able to relocate for 3 months after the purchase, he also helped us by checking on the house regularly, setting the thermostat, turning on the water at the meter, and making sure there were no issues. He also made good recommendations for local contractor/handyman, and electrician.
